I was shipped the wrong bracelet and received it within a few days of ordering. They would not ship the correct one until they received the wrong one back. I had to ship it to Austria which required filling out customs paperwork on DHL (looking up customs codes, prices, etc.) When I asked when I would receive the correct bracelet after a couple of weeks, they asked me for the DHL tracking number, which I didn't have. They sent me the link to DHL and their shipping account. Why couldn't they find the tracking number? So three weeks after ordering, I still don't know when I will receive my bracelet. Thinking of canceling. Probably never order from them again.
