The quality of the pieces is good but the service is very bad. I have ordered a ring that was not ready at the moment of ordering so they said that they would send it when ready. After having forgotten about it, nearly a month after the date they indicated as latest day for shipping I sent them an email to ask about my order. In no time the order was shipped and I received it in a couple of days. However, I did not receive any answer to my email. I have had the impression that they earn on people forgetting that they have ordered something online. This could have been my case
