The watch I ordered for my husband was absolutely beautiful. After he wore it a few times he noticed it was slowly losing time. He would reset it and it would lose time again. At one point it stopped working altogether. I contacted Holzkern and received an email back telling me their product is checked before it ships to the customer and then I was instructed how to use the watch. I have contacted them again. We have a $350 watch that can not be worn because it does not work and Holzkern is not standing behind their product.
