This order was one big disappointment for me. As I love this stone for its color and on the websites the earrings looked stunning with very bright colors I ordered 3 of them, for me and for my friends as Xmas presents. However after receiving the package I was really disappointed with the real colors of the earrings. The colors are not bright at all, you can barely see which earring is which color. The fastening is also very tough while putting the earring on and off. Overall the earrings look like very cheap piece, something I would expect from AliExpress. After I contacted the customer support they offered me to return the products, but that is not easy as it was ordered for Xmas and there is not really time since I am not even from Austria. Apparently each product is special and looks different than on the website, so you basically never receive what you see in the pictures which is maybe cool when you are ordering something without expected look, but otherwise this is one big scam, I am sorry. So the best part of this experience was the customer support. I do not recommend at all.
