Would love to leave a review, unfortunately my item has been held up in customs for a clearance delay for the past 16 days. Haven't seen the product yet. Not your issue, but unfortunate to miss the gift giving over the holdiay. Two stars are not related to Holzkern, but to shipping issues. Hopefully Holzkern has been alerted by Fed Ex and is providing all the information they can to release the product from customs.
