The necklace and earrings are gorgeous they were a present for my mum and she loved them. The reason for giving only 2 starts is because the packing of the product lets it down very badly. The package I received this time was so badly torn the product could very easily have falled out, it provides no protection at all. This is the third time I have had a shipment in this appalling condition, the last time I emailed their customer service with pictures but heard nothing back. Will this have an impact upon me ordering again - absolutely afterall due to this being my experience on 3 occasions I feel its only a matter of time before the product is lost in transit or damaged. This is indeed a great shame as I have ordered a good few items in the past. I have attached photo's and also complained to the carrier.
