The product is beautiful, but a bit smaller than what I expected. I had to ask for more links so it would fit him, but the team was great and sent some immediately. Unfortunately one of them was badly damaged and the black powder coating was all scratched off. For the price I would expect slightly better quality (or at least quality control) but the support team was fantastic.
