I was disapointed for two reasons: 1) I was hopping to order the Nacre & Gold version of the Oceanfoam Necklace, but it has been showing as "Sold Out" for well over a year (https://www.holzkern.com/en-ca/oceanfoamnecklace-nacre-gold.html) which is frustrating and should be removed so that I don't get my hopes up that it will be back in stock. 2) The order (20242226369) I placed (Nacre & Silver version of the Oceanfoam Necklace) arrived tangled and out of the wood box. It was very disapointing to see. Even after untangling the necklace and putting it gently back in the box, I felt bad giving it to my wife because she deserves better.
