Purchased the Amelia for my wife for Christmas. The watch itself looks beautiful but the numbers on the inside rattle and move around so they are not lined up like they should be. The strap is also way too big for her and while the strap is able to be removed and replaced it didn’t come with a smaller strap to replace it. The customer service is also almost non existent. I have put in two requests and finally got a single response weeks later stating that they check their products very carefully and asked if I dropped it or damaged it myself. The cost to ship it back from the states is also more than the cost of the watch itself since they didn’t provide me with a return shipping label. Overall I wouldn’t buy from Holzkern again.
