Update- The customer service team did end up following up with me eight days later, which I do appreciate and adjusted the review accordingly. I just think their customer service needs to improve a bit. They offered me a return label for $30 off my return. I purchased a watch as a gift, but unfortunately, we needed to return it. This company so far has had horrible, non-existent customer service. Their website shows a form to complete and return and makes reference to a shipping label, but the label cannot be found anywhere on their website. The links do not work. It took forever to track down an email address to contact them and now it's been over a week and I still haven't received a response. The customer service alone would make me not want to purchase from this company again.
