The quality of item seemed very good. However, I had to return the bracelet as it looked very odd when expanded on my husband’s wrist (not enough beads = expanded wire exposed). Because I live in North America, I had to pay a lot to have it shipped with tracking. I also found the instructions on how to return it I little frustrating to follow.
