Polite staff helped me load a rental steam cleaner into my trunk and gave me 2 written and 1 verbal demonstration of how to use it. I YouTubed how to use it properly.
The upholstery attachment, which is what I rented it for, would not work. Water just kept pouring out the bottom. Upon return I volunteered that it wasn't working. No response. Hope you're not the next customer who pays $50 for a non-functioning steamer!
