Beware when ordering online. I purchased 2 undermount sinks online as they are not sold in store. They shipped my order, but when it arrived, it only included 1 of 2 sinks. I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to sort it out. When you call customer service, they are always “at capacity” and you can’t speak to anyone. I tried online chat and text message. They gave me a ticket number, however, I have not heard back. Every time I text to check on such ticket number, I’m told they don’t handle it and I have to call in to speak to a supervisor. I can’t call in because they are at capacity. I paid for 2 sinks and received 1. I can’t install my countertop without 2 of them. So now my bathroom Reno is delayed. Home Depot has the worst customer service. Especially considering it was their mistake.
