I had a problem with an item I just purchased at the Wicksteed Store in East York. This lovely lady Robbie helped me above and beyond the norm. She took my phone # and checked n checked n called me back 2x and we figured out the solution to my problem in no time. She was pro-active and determined to find a solution. Great customer service . 10/10
