Very poor communication and service when ordering items on line - there is a total disconnect between what they say and what they do. Order was to arrive at a certain date within 5 days as per order and it didn't leave and arrive until 2 weeks later and it was a large item so I needed to cancel as I didn't have anyone to assist with getting in the house - which I did as soon as it was delayed and they said it was cancelled when I called but it arrived anyway. They said they would send a confirmation by email to confirm cancellation - never received. I hope my credit card is credited. Very poor communication overall. PS Also returned all the extras I needed to buy for this item that was returned, and they credited me $5.00 less than what I paid for the items.
