I purchase a 40v Ryobi push mower w/ a 2 yr. protection plan July 2022. First year machine was great, this year 2024 it decided it would die. I have done everything but lay out in the middle of the homedepot parking trying to get help. Well everytime i talk to whom ever i am transfer to someone else, says i need talk so and so. Spent over an hour on phone still no results. The protection plan Allstate is a JOKE. Homedepot service and the people i talked to Seguin Store said the customer is responsible for the product not homedepot and i told them homedepot sell the mowers so why don't they stand by the products they sell. I am cancelling by homedepot card and will never walk into a homedepot ever again !!! if i don't hear from someone in the next 48 hours i will follow thru with my actions !!!
