Today is April 15 March 25, 2024 - ordered a weed trimmer online March 28, 2024- First delivery date, Delayed. April 4, 2024- Second delivery date, driver called us to say he couldn't find our house. We said "you're the courier how can you be lost?" when he found out he was actually in the wrong town, He said he wouldn't look for our house and we had to wait until April 11 for our delivery. We said no, send it back to the warehouse. My husband went to Home Depot and purchased this item, for $30 less i might add. When we contacted home depot, April 4, we were told we have to wait for the item to be received at their warehouse. I don't think we should have to wait this whole situation has been caused by the incompetence of the delivery driver and by association Home Depot. We are still waiting for our money! The worst customer service i've seen in a huge company like them. Sad.
