I would love to give an absolute 0 but I had to put a 1. Delivery between the 15th and the 17th. Then oh sorry the 20th. I called (sorry can't call have to text), on the evening of the 20th and they said well it is out on delivery if it doesn't arrive call tomorrow. So I called on the 21st apparently they missed the delivery. I asked for a refund so I could go purchase the weed wacker somewhere else but the purchase was put in to escalation so now I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for an email. 22.9% interest on $600 and I have weeds 3 ft tall and no money to get the weed wacker I want. Why does home depot even offer shipping it never works. VERY frustrating
