My wife purchased an air conditioner online. Went in to pick it up. Customer service tried 2 times to find an associate to help me put it in my car. After waiting for some time, I walked into an aisle, saw three workers doing something and said $20 dollars to help me for 30 seconds loans the AC in my car. Boom- got help.
