We ordered a garment rack online. Package received was smashed in on top and hastily sloppily retaped. After opening, my husband tried to put item together but found parts missing. It looked like this was a return, repacked and sent out. I called the manufacturer for the missing parts and requested fed-ex but was refused since their policy is only USPS. I will never buy from a company that thinks it’s ok to send out returned merchandise as new.
