The place is so huge that I usually have to leave without important items because I feel like I’ll have a breakdown if I put any more effort into trying to find them. The length of my stay and who knows what else may have attracted a floorwalker who paced me and tried to humiliate me over something I had no control over, not to mention completely unrelated to “loss prevention”. Many basic items are “unavailable in your area”, and something else I wanted took far longer to be restocked than it should have. I have been going in with an open-top box on a small luggage trolley to put small items in rather than dropping them everywhere; once a cashier came out from behind the counter and went through the box before I could get the stuff out of it. I absolutely hate going in there and will only go if it’s on the way. I only started going semi-regularly because I was told it was a good place to get fasteners. Last time I was in I finally got the elusive out-of-stock item, and now that I have, I’m unlikely to ever go back. Perhaps they should put more resources into helping customers rather than having them followed.
