“If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 10 days but ended up waiting 50 days. When I contacted customer service, they kept lying about the status of my order and showed no respect for my concerns. They claimed to address the issue, but they never did.
The shipping company they use is also terrible—the delivery personnel are rude, the items often arrive damaged, and customer service keeps you on hold for over an hour. Most of the representatives seem poorly trained, and communication is difficult. Even when you request to speak with a manager, they play games and avoid resolving the issue. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.”
