I was slightly apprehensive whether or not to try whitening my teeth without a dentist. However I had, had amazing results years before under a dentist guidance. So after careful research i decided to have a go doing it myself, going slowly at first. I have to say I am very pleased with my primary results. My teeth are already beginning to look considerably whiter. I shall do two more treatments and reassess. I will comment again at that time. Thank you.Pamela
