I decided to try these whitening strips because they claimed to be as effective as Crest 3D White strips at half the cost. Initially, I found them difficult to apply since they didn't adhere easily; I had to press and hold them on my teeth for about 30 seconds. However, the results were just as good as the Crest strips. Overall, I'm satisfied with both the price and the outcome.
