My dentist recommend these and I have to say I am seeing a difference. My teeth aren't pearly white, never have been, but over the years and due to receeding they are looking stained by the gum line. I have to say I can see a differerce they aren't white as you see in toothpaste adverts on the tele, but I can see a difference shade wise.
Teeth have been becoing a bit sensitive as I use them, but nothing unbearable. I might look at using a toothpaste for senitive teeth.
