It is easy to use and I followed the instructions perfectly. Unfortunately I did not get a pleasing result. My teeth moulds fit well and I could feel the product tingling but afterwards there was no noticeable change in my teeth's appearance. I'm 73 , still working part time but wrinkly and looking ancient. I hoped whiter teeth would give me a much needed sparkle, not Hollywood white, just a bit of a boost. Hey ho not to be.
