I ordered my strips in January and then March. The strips went to my old address. I was unable to change my home address from my billing address. I contacted customer services four times regarding this. On the fourth time, I was somewhat frustrated given I had waited four months for my strips over a very simple issue. I was not offered anything in the form of compensation - rather ‘15% off future purchases’. I asked for a refund for my previous purchases, after several attempts, the customer service person agreed but did not action. very disappointing service. I would recommend getting Crest strips from an alternative seller.
