I bought the silhouette brief and honestly, I'm underwhelmed. It gave no more of a smoothing effect than a good pair of stretchy underwear would. Also, on me, they gave me wedgies all day long. It says you don't need to size down to get smoothing but maybe if I had sized down something would have been different but I doubt it. I knew as soon as I took them out of the packaging that they would be disappointing. They're just regular stretchy underwear.
