Bought a brand new in box traction bar kit for an older duramax. In order to make it work on my truck I needed some different/additional parts. After talking to HSP they said because the kit was new and they could sell it to someone else instead of me buying the parts I needed they would allow me to exchange the kit for the older duramax for a complete kit that would bolt on and was right for my year truck. I was even able to pick exactly what colors I wanted! Thanks HSP
