Bought my second pair of Hur wide iron straighteners loved my first pair so much! Second pair the plate came away from the plastic within the first month. Emailed Hur with order number etc and they emailed a week later asking for the order number again that was one week ago and haven’t heard anything since. I am now three weeks without my straighteners. Unfortunately the products are good but customer service has a lot to be desired.
