Shocking company.
The website is ridiculous, the communal areas haven't been re-painted in ages, there are scuffs all over the walls.
The doors are pathetic (with a decent kick anyone could get in)
We pay a lot for the service charge, yet nothing seems to improve or be maintained at a reasonable level.
