Absolute crooks. They jacked up our service fee by 35% to over £3400 per year when they took over our building making our flats bear unsaleable. The sevrice has been appealing. They do nothing for the money. We nearly had a tenant die in a flat on the top floor as the emergency services couldn't get to them after the lift being broken for a month.
