A young chap named Dominic handled my application. I was a nurse for many decades and one of my pet hates was when staff talked to older members of the community as if they were toddlers. This guy was none of that. Friendly, helpful and concise. Not overly pushy either, another thing that makes me walk away from buying certain services. I had intended to get all the info and then mull over it for a few days before making a decision but, due to the confidence Dominic inspires, I signed for it on the day.
