Insurance Agents sometimes give you the impression they just want a quick ‘sale’ and want to rush through the preliminaries and ignore any concerns. This was 100% NOT my experience.
The Agent I dealt with was patient and professional and made me feel there was all the time I needed to clarify all points. It was very evident that the Agent had been comprehensively trained both in the technicalities of the product and how to interface with customers.
If the Agent is typical of the team working there, I strongly recommend them!
