I spoke to a lovely lady called Laura who made sure myself and my husband got the right plan for us she called back at a convenient time to suit us a couple of times,
I have health issues and was worried that i would pay loads but laura was very helpful with finding the correct plan for me.
I just want to say that she was very patient with me on the phone and understanding and i thank her for that.
