Very pleasant operative dealt with my inquiry not pushy or following a script was able to chat openly whilst dealing with my call so rare nowadays for call handlers to be allowed the freedom to show their personality and take their time to deal with calls at the clients speed . Whole process was very good all round very knowledgeable about products and options available without being pushy or condescending . Would recommend to give them a try .
