First, the images depicting products are matching the product received. Secondly, the sizing&fitting part of the website has really useful info. In my case, the shoes fit perfectly! Delivery was done in a timely fashion, there was delay at my country customs and post office. Responsivenes to my inquiries were timely, to the point and very polite, containing nothing more than the useful info. Overall, the great custom experience and a definite recommendation!
