I have used IDS for all my (and my husband's) ballroom and Latin shoes and each time I do I get confirmation that they are the best address for all my shoe needs. I have special feet, so every time I need new models I have to visit the shop and try shoes on. Customer service is second to none: the staff are welcoming, smiling, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Such a far cry from the snooty and rude attitude of its main "competitor". To me there is no competition at all. Very highly recommended.
