Second purchase, this time for two pairs of shoes, one ballroom and one latin. Not so quick to respond to my queries this time (emailed twice and had no reply so ended up calling) one of the latin shoes had an air bubble where the fabric had been attached to the heel and there was also a water mark on the shoe, I dealt with the air bubble myself and as I was intending to stone the shoe myself I covered up the water mark. I would expect perfection for these shoes as they were made to order. That said they fit perfectly and are amazingly comfortable.
