It was easy and straightforward to purchase dance shoes directly from the website if you know the size width, heels, and model that fit your feet (dance shoes are tricky). The shipping was quite efficient and secured via DHL. The only downside is you don't have much vision while the custom shoes are being made. But overall I would rank them 5 stars versus other well-known/high-end/pricey dance shoe companies.
