I really like their shoes. So comfortable and I have a few different styles. All very good quality, feel and look. Customer service is okay. Could be quicker and more precise on answering questions, but overall nice experience emailing with them. Need more holes in straps on shoes, so went about making them myself. I think that could be improved :)
