Great Product and service! I have been taking it for 3 months now started with just a few push ups and sit up daily.
I went from a size 36 pants to 34 in the first month. That motivated me enough to continued to take it and get a structured exercise program in place and after 3 months and better control of my diet I have lost 30 lbs. looking forward to see where it can take me. Thanks
