Having used local DIY products and failed to germinate my seeds, I bought Jamieson seed compost last year and had immediate success. I therefore had no hesitation this year and all my Allotment crops have germinated perfectly. The compost is fine and fluffy with very few lumps. Don't waste your time with DIY store compost which is full of wood chips and lumpy debris and has very little nutrient value which may last 3 weeks if lucky. Jamieson seed compost continues to feed to seedlings all the way to planting out. Great product.
