My item was due for delivery the day after ordering, which was quicker than expected.
Unfortuntaley, I had a problem with the delivery. I received an email to say the item was delivered with photo evidence but this was not my house and I didn't have my item. I immediately rang Jamiesons but was unable to make contact, the phone rang out for around 3 minutes before an answerphone kicked in and I left a message.
I then rang the deliver company and within half an hour the driver had retrieved my item from the incorrect address and delivered to me. They sorted this error quicker, professionally and politely.
I tried to ring Jamiesons again to update them but once again they didn't answer the phone.
Jamiesons are clearly not responsible for the incorrect delivery but they are responsible for not answering their telephone. Email contact was available but was not suitable when I was reaching out to them to sort a delivery issue quickly. I have no idea how long it would have taken them to respond to email contact.
Luckily I was able to solve this customer service issue myself.
