Delivery to my Northern Ireland address took 11 days, which I found reasonable, given the weather disruption. I have used the kit and am impressed - it was easy to follow the instructions and the result was a pair of gleaming cars. The microfibres cloth appears to be of good quality and overall I am very satisfied,for the price paid. All the communication was clear and accurate too. A very happy first-time customer!
