The chemicals supplied are very good what let's the service down is the time it take to dispatch I have noticed this on other orders I have made it very slow compared to other companies I use it would nice to have the option to pay for postage for next day delivery even though you offer free postage over a certain amount on qualifying products which us the customer doesn't know .
