Product appears to function as described and after first use the car looks better. Product works well with jet washer and a good drying towel.
1st delivery had not survived the courier and loss had destroyed the packaging. Contacted customer services and replacement was with me, in tact within 36 hrs. Customer services and replacement is excellent.
Speed of routine processing and delivery does not challenge Amazon but customer service made up for that.
