I was very happy with their service. I ordered from them & another pet supply company on Monday, got delivery from Jumbo pets on Wednesday. I waited another week from the other company. I also researched prices of flea treatments online & found Jumbo pets was the same price as Petbarn. As I needed one packet immediately I decided to purchase one locally at Petbarn, then would order more for later from Jumbo pets. I went instore to Petbarn & got charged $25 more than their advertised online price! I was not happy with their gimmicks & will always just buy from Jumbo pets from now on as the don’t use marketing tricks. A very happy customer, keep up the good work.
