I originally gave this company a 1 star review for terrible service however since posting the review I have established that the service issue was not theirs but that of Australia Post. The company has been excellent at explaining the issues and offered to re-ship or refund my purchase. They have been great in their communication with me. Please give this small Aussie business a fair go. I will order through them again.
