Absolutely perfect customer service received from Belinda. Her friendliness, product knowledge and patience with all my questions (that were all answered effectively and efficiently) made for an outstanding experience. Although it was my first time shopping at Jumbo Pets, it certainly won't be my last! (...this experience coupled with literally the best prices I could find online - which brought me to the Jumbo Pets site - meant it was a flawless transaction...)
